Now the Plaintiff demands a divorce; their daughter should be raised by the Plaintiff and the Defendant should pay the alimony according to the law provisions; if the daughter is raised by the Defendant, the Plaintiff requests to visit her weekly, the way of visit is: the Plaintiff will go to the Defendant’s home at 8:00 am of each Saturday to pick up the daughter and return her back to the Defendant at 18:00 pm next day; the deposit of RMB 47,000 Yuan under the Defendant’s name should be owned equally by the Plaintiff and the Defendant; among the common properties, the “Media” lift-type fan and “Lenovo” laptop should be owned by the Plaintiff, all other common properties should be owned by the Defendant; pre-marital properties should be owned respectively by the Plaintiff and the Defendant; the Plaintiff and the Defendant should find somewhere to live respectively after divorce.
