1. Parties

This contract is entered into between the Seller and the Buyer, both parties being of legal age and capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Property

The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase the Property, described as follows:

3. Purchase Price and Payment

6. Inspection and Due Diligence

The Buyer shall have the right to inspect the Property and conduct due diligence, including but not limited to, obtaining a survey, appraisal, and title search. The Seller shall cooperate with the Buyer's efforts to conduct due diligence.

7. Default and Remedies

If either party defaults under this contract, the non-defaulting party shall have the right to terminate this contract and pursue any available remedies, including but not limited to, specific performance and damages.

8. Governing Law and Venue

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of (insert state or country). Any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract shall be resolved in the courts of (insert city and state or country).

9. Entire Agreement and Amendments

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral. This contract may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.

10. Counterparts and Facsimile Signatures
