3.不可抗力事件发生时，双方应立即通过友好协商决定如何执行本合同。不可抗 力事件或其影响终止或消除后，双方须立即恢复履行各自在本合同项下的各项义务。 如不可抗力及其影响无法终止或消除而致使合同任何一方丧失继续履行合同的能力， 则双方可协商解除合同或暂时延迟合同的履行，且遭遇不可抗力一方无须为此承担责 任。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。

4.本合同所称“不可抗力”是指受影响一方不能合理控制的，无法预料或即使可预 料到也不可避免且无法克服，并于本合同签订曰之后出现的，使该方对本合同全部或 部分的履行在客观上成为不可能或不实际的任何事件。此等事件包括但不限于自然灾 害如水灾、火灾、旱灾、台风、地震，以及社会事件如战争(不论曾否宣战)、动乱、 罢工，政府行为或法律规定等。

The party claiming it is suffering from force majeure event shall notify the other party about the force majeure event in written form as soon as possible and provide the evidence of this force majeure event and its lasting time, as well as the written information of its inability to carry out this contract or the need to postpone the execution in x days after the force majeure event occurs. The party claiming that it is impossible or impractical to carry out the contract objectively shall be responsible for making all the reasonable effort to eliminate or mitigate the effect of such force majeure event.

3. When the force majeure event occurs, both parties shall determine how to carry out this contract through friendly negotiation immediately. After the termination or elimination  of  the force majeure event or its effect, both parties shall resume performance of their obligations separately under this contract. If the force majeure event or its effect cannot be terminated or eliminated, causing any party of the contract to lose its ability to continue the performance of this contract, both parties may negotiate to terminate or postpone the performance of this contract and the party suffering from force majeure event does not need to shoulder the responsibility. The party concerned may not be exempted from responsibility if the force majeure event occurs after the party concerned postpones the performance of this contract.

4. The “force majeure” named in this contract refers to any event that may not be reasonably controlled, foreseen or even avoided and overcame even after being predicted or anticipated by the party concerned, that occurs after the signing of this contract and that makes it impossible or impractical for the party concerned to carry out all or party of the contract objectively. Such event includes but not limited to natural disasters, such as flood, fire, drought, typhoon, earthquake, and social events, such as war (whether it is declared or not), turmoil, strike, government behavior or legal provisions and so on.

综合终审：确定所有问题得到解决后，所有组别会进行较后的审查，如综合审查确定与原稿内容版式有效一致，语境和专业术语相同。则认定通过，交给客户。
