3.1 The borrower irrevocably requests and entrusts the lender to transfer the loan to the account specified in Article 28 of the contract. The borrower undertakes that the lender shall transfer the loan in accordance with the provisions of this article, that is, the Lender shall be deemed to have issued the loan to the borrower in accordance with the provisions and the borrower has received the loan funds. The borrower understands and voluntarily assumes all the risks associated with this Treaty. The borrower shall be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the payment information. Where the Borrower's application for payment entrustment is not inconsistent with provisions hereof, the transaction data are incomplete or untrue, the Lender may not issue or pay the corresponding loan; the borrower shall be liable for breach of the transaction or other losses. If the payment information provided by the borrower is inaccurate, incomplete or not timely, which leads to errors, failures or delays in the payment of the loan funds, the Borrower shall be liable for breach of the counterparty or other losses.

3.2 The borrower shall keep the proof of use, inform the lender of the payment of the loan in accordance with the requirements of the lender, and timely provide the use records of the loan funds and relevant documents such as contracts, invoices and other vouchers corresponding to the use of the funds as required by the lender. The Lender may verify the payment of the loan in such manner as account analysis, document identification, and site investigation and so on, and the Borrower shall cooperate with the Lender for the verification of the loan payment. In case of entrusted payment, the Lender shall have the right to restrict the self-service loan function of the relevant account online bank, telephone bank and other non-counter channels of the Borrower. In the case of independent payment, if there is an agreement on the scope and amount of application of independent payment, if no agreement is made, the autonomous payment shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

3.3 If laws and regulations adjust the payment method of individual loan funds, the lender shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, implement such adjustments.

3.4 The lender may, in consultation with the borrower, supplement the loan issuance and payment terms, or stop the issuance and payment of loans and recover the loans in advance, in the event of a decline in the credit status of the borrower, abnormal use of borrowing funds and breach of the contract's loan payment agreement, or the Borrower evades situations such as entrusted payment by breaking the whole into parts or providing false information.
