3.2 Under this contract, Party A shall repay the loan in installment which is on a monthly (monthly/quarterly/biannually/annually) basis and the interest for the first installment is accrued on the day the loan is issued. The interest per installment is normally calculated on the interest rate of the installment which, under this contract, is: √monthly interest rate = annual interest rate / 12; □ quarterly interest rate = annual interest rate / 4; □ biannual interest = annual interest rate / 2; □ annual interest rate. Daily interest rate = annual interest rate / 360.

▲▲Where the official rate of interest of People’s Bank of China is adjusted after the contract is signed and before the loan is issued, Party B shall execute an adjusted interest rate on the corresponding level of the official rate, with its floating range specified in Sub-article 3.1.

3.4 Where the official rate of interest of People’s Bank of China is adjusted after the loan hereunder is effectively disbursed,

(1) For less than one year’s (including one year) length of maturity, the interest rate of the contract will not be adjusted;

(2) For over one year’s length of maturity, the interest rate will remain unadjusted for the year. Starting from January 1 of the next year, the interest rate will be adjusted. From the next day of this adjustment date, an adjusted interest rate on the corresponding level of the rate on the day of adjustment for the interest rate herein shall be executed, with its floating range specified in Sub-article 3.1. If Party A repays the loan on the date of adjustment, the interest rate for the installment still executes the interest rate before adjustment; if Party B repays the loan after the date of adjustment, the interest rate shall be the adjusted interest rate.

3.5 In the event this contract executes adjusted interest rate as per above agreement, Party B does not need to notify Party A.
